Wax Coating on Card Stock

We need a printing operation that can do a wax coat on card stock, print, die cut, fold,glue, package for store display in lots of 10, and box 10 packages to a case.

When completed you are left with a thin box with rough dimensions of 4"w x 6"h x 1/2" d. Specific design will be forwarded to interested parties.
