Fully Custom Business Card Printer

Greetings,

Does anyone know of a fully customizable printer that would work with a small print shop. I am looking for a printer who would be able to do very unique business card designs, cuts, and materials. If anyone knows of someone, let me know. Thanks.

Would that include text or content modification or do you just mean physical work to the card? I ask because I know if a business editor/customizing feature with PrintBridge (www.forixprintbridge.com). I use it to let my clients modify business cards in my shop.
